Hi All, List of Entries - http://obmcc.smfforfree.com/index.php?topic=358.0As you know Oyster Bay MCC is organising and running the East Lynne State Enduro on the 11th & 12th July. We need a lot of helpers for this weekend, so if you can come down and help, please let me know. We need 12 Special Test Helpers, 4 sweepers, 4 admin helpers, 4 Control Table, 4 Scrutineers and all these helpers are needed for two days. Would like to come down and sweep for the 2 days could also help with track setout on the weekends leading up to the event and maybe the week before (work permitting).

chris wendy will be a helper for both days also her mum lives about 10 minutes north of east lyne on a small property if this can be used for anything let me know do you need helpers for setup before race weekend? nick

dear Chris, put me down to help out friday to monday.  Also Wendy will help out with sign on  and other stuff during the day - mainly of an administrative nature. Also, have you had any discussion with Rod Carter about the point to point tests and the amount of equipment needed to score them? regards don

David Comiskey and Trent Comiskey will be comming down to help both days. Trent would like to sweep at least 1 day. Spoke to Rick last round at dargle just confirming that its all ok
